Sunny Side is a charming,
newly renovated, and extremely spacious retreat. Conveniently located
to beach, downtown, and South Haven's fabulous Kids Park, the Sunny Side
is perfect for large get-togethers any time of the year. It comes equipped
with central air conditioning, two T.V.'s with cable and DVD/VCR, gas
grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and CD player/radio. There
is a private shade garden with picnic table, and two large porches, one
screened and one open, for comfortable chats outdoors. The fully equipped
kitchen has new dish/glass/silverware service for 20, and there is seating
for up to 20 in the kitchen and dining room.
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided. Bath towels
are available for a fee. Beach towels are not provided. Smoking and pets
are not allowed.

Sunny Side has two full floors. The first floor has a large kitchen with
an adjoining full bath. There is seating for 8 in the kitchen. The dining
room has seating for 6, with an additional table for 6 available. The
living room has a 31 inch T.V./cable/DVD/VCR and a queen size sleeper
sofa with spring coil mattress. Adjacent to the living room are two bedrooms:
one with a queen size bed and adjoining full bath, another with a king
size bed. The laundry room is off of the dining room and provides storage
for stackable chairs as well as access to the second floor.
The second floor has a living room at the top of the stairs with T.V./DVD/VCR/cable,
as well as a double futon sofa and single day bed. Also on the second
floor is Sunny Side's largest bedroom with a king and two single beds.
There are three other bedrooms on the second floor, one with a full size
bed, and two with two single beds each. At the end of the upstairs hallway
is a large bathroom with a pedestal sink and antique, claw foot tub.

Haven Attractions
South Haven is one of the most picturesque and charming vacation towns
in the Midwest. The downtown is within easy walking distance from Sunny
Side and has a great selection of restaurants, antique shops, cafes, as
well as a Hardware Store, and Department Store. Of course the main attraction
is the fabulous white sand beach and romantic harbor. Adjacent to the
beach is the Kid's Park with it's gigantic wooden playscape.
South Haven also is home to the superb Michigan Maritime Museum that promotes
research, preservation, and education of Michigan's storied maritime history
and culture. The museum has five separate buildings that house permanent
and changing exhibits, as well as a center for the teaching of boat building
